Return Guidelines
- For all returns related to filter products, please ensure that the filter packaging remains unopened and undamaged. The filter should be in its original condition and unused.
- Filters must be returned in their original packaging, free from damage or contamination. Any tampering with the packaging or removal of seals may affect the return eligibility.
- In case of product defects or performance issues, such as leaks or malfunctions, our team will be pleased to arrange an exchange.
How to Cancel an Order
Cancellation is typically supported within 30 minutes of order placement. However, requests made after this 30-minute window cannot be accommodated as orders would have been processed, and retrieval becomes impractical. We commit to addressing your order cancellation within 24 working hours. Refund processing usually takes 1-2 working days after approval, depending on your chosen payment method.
Orders surpassing the 30-minute limit are ineligible for cancellation, as they would already be packaged and prepared for shipping.

Return or Exchange Procedure
For Merchant Initiated Returns: Users are required to provide unboxing videos and product images. We, as the merchant, offer the choice of redelivery or a refund, with the redelivery cost being borne by us.
For Customer Initiated Returns: We do not accept returns solely based on customer preference. If a return is necessary, return postage will be the responsibility of the customer, and no product re-shelving cost will apply.
